User Agreement
These terms describe the basic rules for using Time SMS and its related message-delivery services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to applicable laws and platform rules.
1. The Service
Time SMS lets you prepare a private message for delivery at a future time. An SMS notification may contain a private link; message text, photos, voice, video, documents, and other supported content are displayed through that private link.
2. Your Account and Message Details
You are responsible for the information you provide, including the sender name, recipient name, recipient phone number, message content, selected timezone, scheduled delivery time, and any attachments. Please review these details before scheduling a message.
3. Your Content
- You must have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for all content you submit or schedule.
- You grant Time SMS the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, hateful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or infringing of another person's rights.
- You are responsible for obtaining consent before sending a message or attachment that contains another person's personal information.
4. Scheduled Delivery and SMS Notifications
Scheduled delivery depends on the selected time and timezone, recipient number accuracy, carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, and third-party service providers. We use normal SMS notifications rather than MMS. Delivery, link access, and the timing of receipt cannot be guaranteed when a carrier, network, recipient device, spam filter, or other circumstance prevents them.
5. Credits and Purchases
Certain features require credits. Credit purchases, billing, cancellations, and refunds are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms and policies. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used as described in the app.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Time SMS to:
- send spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, threats, or unlawful communications;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent the source, recipient, or nature of a message;
- interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or misuse the app, private links, or related systems;
- violate applicable laws, carrier rules, app-store requirements, or the rights of any person or organization.
7. Third-Party Services
The service may rely on app stores, hosting, object storage, SMS providers, payment verification, security, analytics, and technical support providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for security, operations, legal compliance, product improvements, or other reasonable business needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of any message or attachment.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time SMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for every purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, content, opportunities, or profits arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use Time SMS after an update means that you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
